Rules And Guidelines
To ensure a fair and productive contest, participants must adhere to the following rules and guidelines. These rules are designed to maintain the integrity of the competition and to provide a clear framework within which participants can operate
Eligibility
- The contest is open to all undergraduate students of ABU and anyone passionate about exploring innovation and driving positive impact.
Team Formation
- Teams should be formed voluntarily by students.
- Presentations can be conducted either physically or online.
- All submissions must be original work created by the team members.
Submission Requirements
- A video pitch that highlights the key points of their proposal.
- A brief document detailing:
- The identified problem
- The proposed solution
- A cost-benefit analysis
- A material breakdown
- A comprehensive budget
Conduct And Integrity
- Participants must maintain academic integrity and professionalism.
- Plagiarism, cheating, or dishonesty will lead to disqualification.
- Respectful and collaborative behaviour is required throughout the contest.
Evaluation Criteria
- Entries will be judged on creativity, feasibility, impact, and presentation.
- Judges' decisions are final.
Presentation And Exhibition
- Initial Round: Participants will present their video pitch virtually.
- Grand Finale: Finalists will showcase an exhibition featuring designs, 3D models, and presentation slides
Mentorship
- Finalists will receive mentorship for prototype development and presentation skills.
Awards And Prizes
- Top teams win cash prizes.
- All participants get certificates; finalists receive extra awards.
- Networking with experts is available during and after the contest.
